Summer Internship Program for Undergraduates
Paid undergraduate intern research positions are available at WALII campuses across the US every summer. Summer interns work on projects relevant to anhydrobiosis for 9-12 weeks. Interns are trained and mentored by graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty from the WALII network. Interns working on WALII projects are expected to spend 40 hours per week working on research in the labs, attending internship and networking opportunities at their host institution, and participating in virtual WALII network activities. Applications for 2025 Undergraduate Summer Interns will open in the fall of 2024. Follow us on X (formerly Twitter) or contact us to join the mailing list to hear about WALII summer internship announcements.
